At Aquafun, we want you to love your beachwear as much as the ocean. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
